Who we are

MandoobJobs ("we", "the app") is operated from Iraq and is available on the web, Android and iOS. For any privacy question or request, write to dr.saif.alrawi2@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account details — your email address, and your name if you provide one. If you sign in with Google we receive your email, name and profile photo from Google; we never receive your Google password.
• Your CV (representatives) — the information you enter yourself: city, experience, education, specialties, skills, languages, and optionally a photo, gender, year of birth, and whether you own a car. You choose every one of these fields; none are collected automatically.
• Company details (companies) — company name, description, city, brands, and the job posts you publish.
• Activity in the app — jobs you save, follow, apply to, and the stage each application has reached.
• Error reports — when something breaks, we record the account, the screen and the error text so we can fix it.

We do not collect your contacts, your location, your files, or your browsing outside the app, and there are no advertising trackers in MandoobJobs.

How we use it

Only to run the service: to sign you in, to show your CV to companies whose jobs you apply to, to list your professional profile for companies to search if you asked to be found, to let companies review applicants and schedule interviews, to notify you when your application moves, and to fix errors. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who can see your information

• Representatives: a company sees your CV only after you apply to one of its jobs, and it sees a frozen copy taken at the moment you applied.
• Being found by companies (optional, off by default): if you switch on “Let companies find me” in your CV, companies can search a limited professional profile — your name, headline, photo, city, experience, education, specialty lines, skills, languages and whether you own a car — and invite you to apply. Your phone number and email are never included, and neither is your written summary or work history; those still reach a company only when you apply. Switch it off and your listing is deleted immediately. Leave it off and nothing changes: only companies whose jobs you apply to see anything.
• Companies: company profiles, brands and job posts are public — they are meant to be found.
• Us: the platform operator can access accounts and error reports for support and abuse handling.
• Google Firebase hosts our authentication and database. Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure and is subject to Google's security practices.

Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account. This permanently removes your profile, your CV, your saved jobs, follows and notifications.

Applications you already submitted stay with the companies that received them: an application is that company's own hiring record and holds the snapshot of your CV as it was on the day you applied, not a live link to your account.

Prefer not to use the app? Email dr.saif.alrawi2@gmail.com from your registered address and we will delete the account for you.

Keeping data safe

Every read and write is checked server-side against access rules: you can only read your own CV, only companies you applied to can see your application, and stage changes are validated on the server rather than trusted from the app.

Children

MandoobJobs is for people seeking or offering professional employment and is not directed at anyone under 16.

If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the date below.
